 Dr.
Ash B. Diwan grew up in the Northern Virginia area where he attended Thomas Jefferson High School in Alexandria,
VA. He did his undergraduate studies at the College of William and Mary where he received his Bachelor of Science
degree. Subsequently he attended the Medical College of Virginia where he received a Masters in Physiology and
Biophysics and then went on to earn his medical degree at Eastern Virginia Medical School. Dr. Diwan did his residency
at George Washington University and has spent the last 4 years in the Kansas City area where he worked as an Urgent
Care/ER physician, as Associate professor of Family Medicine at the University of Kansas Medical Center and in
private practice. He is married with a 2 year old son. Dr. Diwan's special interests include treatment of diabetes,
hypertension, pain management, wt management/nutritional counseling and cosmetic dermatological procedures. Dr.
Ash B. Diwan is Board Certified in Family Practice. |
