Nicole Polster - FNP

Nicole brings more than 25 years of clinical experience to her practice and is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She initially received a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech, and then went on to complete her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, graduating with honors from Georgetown University in Washington D.C. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing Education at the University of St. Augustine and then continued on to obtain her Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University. Nicole is involved in the entire continuum of care with her patients and believes that providing a team based approach results in a more effective treatment plan. She will work closely with patient’s, utilizing a shared decision making model, to develop treatment plans for chronic conditions, as well as acute conditions.

Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, as well as traveling, skiing, hiking, and music.
